Never-Ending Battle

vitruvian23Valhalla is fun enough for the first few weeks. It’s a lot of fighting, but Xander stacks up much better against all these Vikings than he would have imagined. They’re tough, but nowhere near as strong and fast as your average vamp. He’s even last man standing a few times, though everybody’s healed by morning anyway. Being able to gorge and swill all day without ballooning up doesn’t suck either.
It gets old quick. No video games, and the conversation isn’t exactly scintillating. Anya’s hardly spoken to him since he got here.
So he comes up with a cunning plan.
